Gwyneth: 'I've Never Eaten So Much!'

Gwyneth Paltrow had to do two things to prepare for new movie Love Don’t Let Me Down: learn how to play the guitar and get fat. The Academy Award winner piled on the pounds while preparing for her role as an alcoholic country singer in Nashville and now says she used to look better naked. "I was so bad with food and alcohol in Nashville," the 37-year-old actress tells Harper’s Bazaar. "If you saw me naked [now] compared to what I looked like when I did Iron Man 2, when I was exercising every day – I’ll get it back together, but I’ve never eaten so much fried food and white flour in my life, ever."

Luckily, the actress learned guitar-playing secrets from her singer husband, Coldplay’s Chris Martin. "He was so helpful, so sweet and encouraging," Paltrow said. "I mean, it’s embarrassing to be playing in front of your husband, especially when he’s in one of the world’s most successful bands." This is Paltrow’s first movie after taking a break from acting to take care of her two children, Apple, 6, and Moses, 4. Love also stars Gossip Girl Leighton Meester. –KRIS ALCANTARA
