Songstress Gwen Stefani will be returning to The Voice as a judge for season 12, while Miley Cyrus will return in season 13.
Stefani will judge alongside Adam Levine, Alicia Keys, and Blake Shelton as the hit show’s season 12 coaches, which will air in February of next year. Current judge Cyrus is also set to return, but in season 13, in the fall of 2017.
Carson Daly will stick around as the host. The remaining cast members for season 13 have yet to be revealed.
“We can’t wait to experience the unique chemistry and energy Gwen, Alicia, Blake and Adam will bring to season 12,” says NBC Entertainment’s Paul Telegdy. “With Miley returning for season 13, we’re truly ecstatic about the unmatched musical know-how and talent coming together in our coming seasons.”
Both Cyrus and Keys made their judge debuts in the current 11th season. The Voice recently took home the Emmy for Outstanding Reality Competition Program. The show airs Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC at 8 p.m.
