NBC’s The Voice‘s 12th season is currently airing and a 13th is in the plan but there might be some serious changes made to the judges panel before a new season can begin. Radar Online reports that judges Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton – who began to date after meeting on the show – may leave when Miley Cyrus returns to the show for the 13th season.

Cyrus and Stefani have been playing musical chairs with the judges seat over the past several years – Cyrus replaced Stefani during season 11, Stefani replaced Cyrus during season 12. Apparently, there is bad blood between the two singers and Stefani will not want to sit on the panel alongside Cyrus.

“Since Miley is set on coming back to the show next season, Gwen definitely does not want to be on the panel alongside her,” an on-set source told Radar Online. “And, of course, since Gwen does not want to return, now Blake is considering throwing in the towel as well.”

Another judge, Adam Levine may follow suit as well. Levine and Shelton are close friends and the only original judges still on the show.

“Producers feel like it might be a domino effect,” the source added.

Christina AguileraCeeLo GreenShakiraPharrell Williams, and Usher have all been judges for at least one season of The Voice in the past.

The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
