Guns N’ Roses dropped a large Donald Trump piñata onstage during their concert at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City on Wednesday — and invited fans to smash the Trump replica to pieces.
Guns N’ Roses lowered a Trump piñata from the stage rafters, and frontman Axl Rose announced that fans were welcome to come onstage to express how they feel about the newly elected president.
During his presidential campaign, Trump made crude remarks about the Mexican-American community, as he declared that he wants to build a wall between Mexico and the U.S. to keep out immigrants.
“Let’s bring up some people, and give them a f—ing stick,” Rose told the audience. “I just want you to express yourself, however you feel.”
Four fans were brought up to the stage and given bats. The crowd cheered and let out a chorus of “B—to! B—to!” as the fans beat the Trump pinata to the ground.
Several GNR t-shirts and band merchandise fell out of the torn pinata, and were thrown into the audience.
