Google has a special doodle for New Year’s Eve today — but the doodle will not be revealed until we welcome 2016.
After typing Google in an address bar, five colorful animated birds pop up on the screen sitting next to a green egg that’s almost ready to hatch.
However, the egg will not crack until tomorrow, highlighted by the 2016 that is written across the wobbling egg.
“Happy New Year’s Eve! Check back tomorrow to see what will hatch in the new year,” says Google.
Clicking on the birds doodle will also tell you where the city is partying tonight. This feature varies from region to region and helps you remember what 2015 was all about — from Chennai Floods and Paris attacks to Star Wars mania and Adele’s return.
