Global Citizen Festival 2019 has announced the headliners for this year’s festival.

On Tuesday, the organizers announced that Queen, Adam Lambert, Alicia Keys and Pharrell Williams would be some of the headliners.

One Republic, H.E.R and Carole King are also among the many artists to perform at the event.

There are also special performances planned by French Montana, Ben Platt, and Jon Batiste & Stay Human.

Deborra-lee Furness and Hugh Jackman will return as hosts.

The Global Citizen Festival is an annual event that calls on government and businesses to fight infectious diseases, empower females all around the world, combat pollution and provide education for all.

The event coincides with the annual UN General Assembly meetings.
