Gigi Hadid & Zayn Malik Celebrate Their First Valentine’s Day As Parents

Gigi Hadid felt thankful for her romantic holiday with weekend.

The supermodel shared a black-and-white photo to her Instagram with boyfriend Zayn Malik. The couple were surrounded by balloons and shared a sweet moment together.

“I love you, Valentine && love the Valentine we get to share forever 👼🏼,” Hadid captioned the photo.

Hadid and Malik welcomed their first child, daughter Khai in September. In Vogue‘s March 2021 issue, Hadid opened up bout having a natural birth at home. She revealed that Khai was delivered a week late and that Hadid wanted a “peaceful bringing to the world” for her firstborn.

“When you see someone do that, you look at them a bit differently. I probably looked crazy, actually,” Hadid revealed with Malik by her side throughout the whole birth. Along with her mom, Yolanda and sister Bella Hadid. A midwife was also present.

Hadid didn’t even realize that her daughter had been born until she saw her in the former One Direction member’s hands. “It didn’t even click that she was out. I was so exhausted and I looked up and he’s holding her. It was so cute,” she said.

She also admitted that it was hard to see Malik and her family feeling “helpless” and terrified to witness her label. “Z was like, ‘That’s how I felt! You feel so helpless to see the person you love in pain’.” Afterward, Z and I looked at each other and were like, ‘We can have some time before we do that again!’ “
