Margot Robbie, 27, put together a bizarre but stunning look at the premiere of A.A. Milne biopic Goodbye Christopher Robin.

MARGOT ROBBIE AT THE PREMIERE OF GOODBYE CHRISTOPHER ROBIN

Robbie donned a white floral gown by New York label Brock Collection, which revealed her bare décolletage. The gown featured mid-sized pink and green flowers, and ruffled puffy sleeves. The actress appeared to struggle with the bodice on a few occasions, but got everything put together nicely. She paired the look with slicked back, wet hair and bright orange eye shadow. Goodbye Christopher Robin is a glimpse into the inspiration behind author Milne’s Winnie-the-Pooh series. The story told is a sad but true one, of Milne’s desire to escape his fame, and ultimately leads him to his death in the British military during WWII.

“The film seems fixated on the irony that the boy every kid in Britain wanted to be was quite unhappy in his own skin, which as handled, isn’t just eye-opening, but tear-duct-cleansing as well,” writes Variety reviewer Peter Debruge. “Two tips for all who see the film: Brush up on the books (and also Milne’s beloved poem “Vespers”) before going, in order to appreciate all the inside references, and pack your hankies. You’ll need ’em.”

Robbie plays Milne’s wife Daphne. The film hits theaters Oct. 13. Watch the trailer below.
