Sienna Miller basked in the New York City Spring weather as she took a walk through Soho on Monday.

Miller wore a flirty red dress with a black belt around the waist. The short number included a flower print and a key hole cut out in the front. The actress paired the look with a black bag and matching sandals.

The American Sniper actress was in the big city for the annual Costume Institute Gala most commonly known as the Met Gala, and this year’s theme was China: Through The Looking Glass. The fashion event of the year draws some of the biggegst names in fashion and entertainment. For this year’s event, Miller went with a more contemporary look in a plunging red sequined, two-piece suit. The flashy number featured tassels at the waist and a completely open neckline.

Miller is set to star in two upcoming movie projects, High-Rise, about the residents of a tower block whose lives spiral out of control,  and Adam Jones, about a chef who attempts to create a top restaurant with the help of some expert crew members, in which she plays opposite Bradley Cooper
