AnnaLynne McCord recently stepped out for the 17th Annual CAST Slavery To Freedom Gala in Los Angeles last Thursday.

McCord wore a pink floral frock by Whitney Eve that perfectly channeled the current Spring season. The dress featured green, yellow and pink palm leaves, a flirty hemline and a high racerback neckline. The actress paired the look with nude heels and wore her long blonde locks in voluminous waves. She kept her makeup light and fresh with a smoky eye and some bronzer to accentuate her very tan and fit body.

McCord, 27, was at the event to support freedom and honor a survivor of human trafficking. The CAST website states that they, “provide intensive case management, comprehensive services and advocacy to survivors healing from the unspeakable violence endured during slavery.” The 90210 star is familiar with the sexual violence some of these women endure as a survivor of rape herself. She opened up to Cosmo back in May 2014 about her sexual assault by a man she thought was her friend and her journey back from that dark period in her life. The star was also joined by Jenna Ushkowitz, Chloe Flower and Jennie Mai at the event.

McCord will next star in a Lifetime Movie, Watch Your Back, about a couple who becomes increasingly scared as their family falls prey of an anonymous stalker.

To get this look, get this dress from Nordstrom. The only difference is the halter straps are black instead of pink but the dress has the same pattern and design as the original. The loose fit of the dress is great for the hot humid days of summer and will also be a comfortable day and night option. Pair it with these classic nude heels for a formal look or you can pair it with some cute flats for a daytime event.
