George Michael was found dead on Sunday at his home in Thames Valley, England. Unfortunately for his fans and loved ones, the autopsy report’s results were “inconclusive” as to the exact cause of death.

George Michael’s Autopsy Deemed “Inconclusive”

The accomplished musician, who was discovered in his home, was only 53. His manager, Michael Lippman, credited Michael’s passing to heart failure, which occurred as Michael was lying in bed. He affirms that Michael’s passing was peaceful.

The Thames Valley police department issued a statement on Friday concerning the results of their autopsy report. A postmortem examination transpired on Thursday, although their findings were “inconclusive.”

Additional tests will be conducted in the police department’s investigation, though their results aren’t expected “for several weeks.” Authorities had initially acknowledged Micheal’s death as “unexplained but not suspicious.”

Micheal is survived by his boyfriend, Fadi Fawaz – and many adoring fans.
