Game of Thrones‘ Peter Dinklage is gearing up to host this weekend’s edition of Saturday Night Live — and a new promo just dropped with comedian Cecily Strong.
In the new ad, the two poke fun at Batman v Superman, how Strong is a supposed “fan” of the show, and how attractive the musical guest Gwen Stefani is.
“So, you play Tyrone on ‘Game of Thorns.’ How has that been for the past 10 years?” Strong earnestly asks Dinklage, who stares at the camera in disbelief.
“Wonderful,” he deadpans.
The two seemed to hint that this weekend’s show will have some GOT inspired sketches intertwined in their normal segments.
“You know what spring means?” Dinklage asks, turning to the camera. “Summer is coming.”
“You know, my vote is still for winter — I think winter is scarier,” Strong says.
Dinklage’s SNL episode airs April 9, 11:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
