Gabriel Aubry, 36, the ex-boyfriend of actress Halle Berry, 46, and father of her daughter Nahla, was arrested on Thanksgiving Eve in L.A. after a brawl broke out between Aubry and Berry’s fiance Olivier Martinez, 46.
Martinez was looking to speak with Aubry when the fighting broke out. There are reports suggesting that Martinez told Aubry that “we have to move on,” in regard to the recent custody battle between him and Berry. A judge ruled that Berry was unable to re-locate her family to France after Aubry petitioned the court.
Martinez may have suffered a broken hand and neck injuries while Aubry suffered a broken rib, contusions to the face and possibly a head injury. Both were treated at the hospital. Aubry’s bail is set at $20,000
A judge has since issued a restraining order against Aubry, barring him from coming within 300 feet of Berry and her family.
