Future Says He’s Not Bitter, Tells Ciara Not To “Bring A Man Around Your Son”

Rapper Future was interviewed on The Breakfast Club 105.1 FM radio show last week, just before his new album Dirty Sprite 2 hit the charts. Besides promoting his new release, Future talked about his ex-fiancée Ciara. The singer, who is now dating the NFL Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, was seen pushing the child she had with Future while her new boyfriend was holding the stroller in the street.

“YOU DON’T EVEN BRING A MAN AROUND YOUR SON”

“You don’t even bring a man around your son,” Future said with a scowl. “Of course, I wouldn’t want someone pushing my son. Like, that’s the No. 1 rule. Like, if I was a kid and my mom had a dude pushing me, I would’ve jumped out of the stroller and slapped the s–t out of… You never do that in our community. You know this dude for a few months and you’re bringing him around your kid?” he continued. “Who does that? Nobody does that!”

The couple hasn’t made any comment yet. Future added in the interview that he just wants his ex-fiancée “to be totally happy,” and that he’s not “thinking about her.” Their child, Future Zahir Wilburn, was born in May 2014. The coupled ended their engagement six months after.

The rapper released his third album last week, including 13 songs and the much-anticipated single “Where Ya At” featuring Drake.
