Best known as the clumsy nerd "Urkel" on the classic TV show Family Matters, Jaleel White used to fill audiences' ears with an nasally, high-pitched squeal. Now, in the video for "Cry Baby," the voice emanating from White's mouth is deep and soothing — but it's not his. The vocals belong to music star and The Voice judge Cee Lo Green, whose biggest hit to date is the catchy "F*** You" (or "Forget You," for radio listeners).
Green apparently was not aware the '50s-inspired video was in the works. "I had no idea they shot a video for cry baby," he tweeted Monday. "I hear its cool though."
