Fox Sports anchor Skip Bayless has been accused of offering his former hairstylist, Noushin Faraji, $1.5 million to have sex in a lawsuit against him and Fox Corporation.
In a 42-page complaint, Faraji said she had worked as a hairstylist with Bayless on his show Skip and Shannon: Undisputed from 2016 to 2024 and alleged that Bayless grabbed her hands and began kissing them. Then after, the complaint claimed Bayless offered to pay Faraji $1.5 million for sex when she discovered she might have cancer in July 2021.
Bayless allegedly requested Faraji to give him a haircut once a week, during which time he would discuss his life and work at Fox with her, the complaint stated. “Mr. Bayless began finding excuses to touch Ms. Faraji,” the suit said. Faraji, uncomfortable by this, would make excuses to leave after completing his haircut.
“He would lingering hugs after each haircut, putting his body against her own, pressing against her breasts. He then began to kiss her on her cheeks,” the complaint claimed.
Bayless commented on her body by calling her “voluptuous,” documents said. However, as English is her second language, she did not understand what this word meant. After asking another coworker the meaning of the word, she was “mortified,” becoming more resistant toward his advances, the complaint said.
After refusing his offer of sex, Faraji received a message from him stating that he did not need hair and makeup done, documented noted. Reportedly, Bayless accused the hairstylist of having sex with former co-host Shannon Sharpe, it stated
Faraji left Fox after the cancelation of the Bayless show in 2024.
Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon and Fox Sports 1 host Joy Taylor were also listed in the lawsuit.
According to the complaint, Dixon placed his “arm on Ms. Faraji’s lower back” at Pearl’s Rooftop’s bar during Taylor’s birthday party on Jan. 14, 2017. Faraji said, “No, thank you,” but Dixon continued, “Mr. Dixon then moved his hand lower and started rubbing her body and grabbing her buttocks. Ms. Faraji was mortified but quickly thought to fake an incoming call to escape from the situation.”
Faraji alleged that Taylor told her to “get over” the incident, claiming that Dixon could fire them.
