Fox News host Eric Bolling announced the tragic death of his son Eric Chase Bolling on Twitter Saturday.

ERIC BOLLING’S SON FOUND DEAD AT 19

“Adrienne and I are devastated by the loss of our beloved son Eric Chase last night,. Details still unclear. Thoughts, prayers appreciated,” Bolling’s tweet read.

The 19-year-old’s cause of death has not been confirmed, but Fox News gave their condolences in a statement. “We are very saddened to hear of the passing of Eric Bolling’s son,” a Fox News spokesperson said. “Eric Chase was a wonderful young man and our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Bolling family.”

The news of his death comes just hours after his father was fired by Fox amid sexual harassment allegationsThe Huffington Post writer Yashar Ali was actually the first to report on the death. Ali is being sued by Bolling for $50 million in damages related to his reporting of the sexual harassment case.

“Very sad news, Eric Bolling’s son, who was only 19, died last night. By all accounts, Eric was incredibly devoted to his son. Heartbreaking,” Ali said.

“Authorities have informed us there is no sign of self harm at this point. Autopsy will be next week. Please respect our grieving period,” Bolling continued to tweet. “We are overwhelmed by the love and support we have received. Adrienne and I thank you all and ask that you please keep us in your prayers.”

Fox’s Sean Hannity also offered his condolences on twitter as well, saying, “To my dear friend, please know we all love you, will be here for your and your family.”
