Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani Facing Sexual Abuse & Harassment Allegations In Lawsuit By Ex-Employee

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is facing sexual assault and harassment allegations leveled in a new $10 million lawsuit.

Noelle Dunphy, a former Giuliani employee, is accusing the former mayor of forcing her to engage in a sexual relationship with him after she was offered a million-dollar yearly salary as his director of business development.

She felt the offer was “too good to pass up” and accepted.

Almost immediately after she began working for Giuliani, the sexual advancements started, Dunphy alleges, and that satisfying them was an “absolute requirement” of her job.

Giuliani is reported to have asked Dunphy for sexual acts while he was on the phone because it made him “feel like Bill Clinton.”

Dunphy is reported to have worked for him off the books and was asked to keep her hiring a secret at the time to keep an eye on cash flow until his divorce from his third wife, Judith Giuliani, was settled.

The lawsuit also reports Giuliani “went on alcohol-drenched rants that included sexist, racist, and antisemitic remarks, which made the work environment unbearable.”

Many of these comments were recorded, the lawsuit said.

The former New York City mayor did not comment on the lawsuit, but his spokesperson, Ted Goodman, said that he “unequivocally denies the allegations raised by Ms. Dunphy” and that his “lifetime of public service speaks for itself and he will pursue all available remedies and counterclaims.”

Goodman accuses Dunphy of being “part in ‘prior schemes to defraud high net-worth men,’ according to a 2016 New York Post story.”

In addition to the sexual abuse and harassment allegations, Giuliani is also facing a defamation lawsuit, involving Donald Trump’s 2020 presidential election defeat in Georgia as well as numerous other lawsuits in connection with his work for the former president.

Giuliani is facing disbarment in both New York and Washington, D.C. for his actions around the election.
