Florida Mom Victoria Triece Sues After Sons’ School Banned Her Over OnlyFans Page

Victoria Triece sued an Orlando, Florida school district, claiming she was banned from volunteering at her two sons’ school events when her OnlyFans page was discovered.

Triece said she started volunteering at her sons’ school in October 2016.

She has also taken care of her 7- and 11-year-old sons as a single parent since 2019. To meet the financial demands while keeping her schedule open enough to volunteer at the school, she began posting intimate photos of herself on the social media platform OnlyFans.

On October 13, 2021, Triece came to the school to help her younger son carve pumpkins. The principal intercepted her and informed Triece that a parent had sent her OnlyFans photos to the school district. The board had decided to ban Triece from the volunteer program.

The mother of two later sent a letter to the county with her attorneys to request for reinstatement. After more than a year, her ban still stands.

Triece still donates supplies to the school but has to leave them by the front door.

“How dare they imprint the scarlet letter on her and then make her a pariah around children?” Triece’s attorney, Mark NeJame, said. “Yet they still willingly take her gifts to the students. It’s just the epitome of hypocrisy.”

Triece stated during a January 25 press conference that she wasn’t suing just for herself, saying that there are others who have been through her same experience and didn’t have any way to fight back.

“The most exciting part of being a mom was to be so involved in their lives,” Triece said. “That was all I wanted for my kids.”
