The pre-Oscars party, held by the Creative Artists Agency at the Sunset Tower Hotel, had plenty of celebrities, including Danny DeVito, Hailee Steinfeld, Rita Ora, Pedro Pascal, Taika Waititi, Cate Blanchett, Eiza González, and the rumored to be feuding Florence Pugh and Olivia Wilde.
At the party, Pugh had on a lime green, scales-patterned sequined dress while Wilde had on black dress pants with a bedazzled white crop top.
According to guests, the two kept their distance and didn’t interact with each other, and this behavior only seems to add to the speculation of the two fighting while on the set of Don’t Worry Darling; in which Pugh starred and Wilde directed.
If you were on social media at the time of the film’s release, you might remember some of the drama surrounding it, such as when people thought Harry Styles spit on Chris Pine or the rumored screaming match between Pugh and Wilde.
However, 40 crew members issued and signed a statement denying “any allegations about unprofessional behavior” on the set.
On the gossip with the two, Wilde said, “It is ironic that now, with my second film – which is again about the incredible power of women, what we’re capable of when we unite, and how easy it is to strip a woman of power by using other women to judge and shame them – we’re talking about this.”
