Fitness influencer Raechelle Chase died suddenly last week.
Her oldest daughter, Anna Chase, confirmed her passing in a statement.
“She was supportive, kind-hearted and always had the best advice for us,” Anna wrote. “She was a wildly driven woman with ambition and has inspired millions of people around the world. I miss her immensely and that love won’t ever fade.
The cause of Chase’s death is currently unknown and under investigation by police in her native New Zealand.
Before her death, Chase had reached more than 1.4 million followers on Facebook, frequently posting workout tips and showing off her physique.
She competed in a 2011 Olympia bodybuilding event in Las Vegas, in which she became the first Kiwi woman to participate.
Chase is survived by her five children and ex-husband of 14 years, Chris Chase.
