Camila Cabello has decided to leave the girl group Fifth Harmony.
The group will continue to make music as a foursome, and will not be changing the group name. “We are four strong, committed women who will continue with Fifth Harmony as well as our solo endeavors,” read the statement.
Fifth Harmony was established on The X Factor in 2012 and had their biggest hit yet with “Worth It” last year.
Cabello has been branching out for about a year, doing collaborations with various artists including Shawn Mendes on his “I Know What You Did Last Summer” and Machine Gun Kelly with “Bad Things.” Cabello plans to continue pursuing her solo career.
