FBI Investigating Fake ‘Rothschild’ Heiress Who Gained Access To Mar-a-Lago & Donald Trump

If Shonda Rhimes is looking to make Inventing Anna, her Netflix series about the real scammer who lived under the identity of a German heiress in New York, into an anthology series, she might have a season two now.

That’s because a Ukrainian woman named Inna Yashchyshyn is now being investigated by both the FBI and Canadian authorities for allegedly using the name of a European banking family to gain access to Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, and other fraudulent business ventures including a fake charity.

Yashchyshyn gained access to the resort around the spring of 2021 with the name Anna de Rothschild, which is a prominent family which amassed a fortune through international banking. She made multiple visits to the property where she rubbed elbows with people in Trump’s circle like Lindsey Graham and Kimberly Guilfoyle, and snapped photos with Graham and even Trump himself.

She has allegedly used the alias Anna de Rothschild on a fraudulent passport and even to get a Florida driver’s license.

A businessman named Valeriy Tarasenko allegedly provided Yaschyshyn with a place to say and a job as a nanny, and told People he passed information about her false identity and Mar-a-Lago visits to the FBI.

Yashchyshyn responded to a report by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette saying, “I think there is some misunderstanding,” claiming the documents with her fake name were created by an ex-business partner to sabotage her.

She has also been behind several charities that had fundraisers booted off digital fundraising platforms due to suspicion of fraudulent activity.

This story of another security breach at Mar-a-Lago is particularly concerning given how many classified and top-secret documents the FBI just recovered from their recent raid of the resort.
