‘Fast And Furious 9’ Reveals Shocking Post Credits Scene

The highly anticipated film Fast and Furious 9 was released in theaters this weekend. F9 is the ninth film in the main Fast and Furious series and the overall tenth film in the franchise. F9 is directed by Justin Lin, who previously directed several films in the Fast and Furious franchise, including The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift in 2006, Fast and Furious in 2009, Fast Five in 2011 and Fast and Furious 6 in 2013. Lin took a break from the series before finally coming back after being absent from directing the last three movies. The film sees the skilled street smart racer and former criminal Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) go up against his long-lost brother Jakob (John Cena) who carries a deep hatred for his sibling after a tragic event from his past. When Jakob teams up with Cipher (Charlize Theron), a computer hacker who ordered the death of Dom’s wife ex-wife Elena (Elsa Pataky), Dom must confront his brother and stop his scheme before he can kill the people that he loves.

One major event that takes place in F9 is the return of Han Lue (Sung Kang) the level-headed and laid back member of Dom’s crew, who had been thought to be dead by the characters as well as the audience following his assassination attempt at the hands of the former villain Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham). The mid-credits scene of the film sees Han confront Deckard at his doorstep, much to the latter’s shock before the scene cuts to black. Many people are curious to see how the scene will play out, as there is obviously a great deal of tension, with Han likely being angry at Shaw for his murder attempt despite the latter having since reformed in the previous film. Han will also possibly have a score to settle with Shaw as his younger brother Owen (Luke Evans) was responsible for the death of Giselle (Gal Gadot), the woman Han loved.

It remains to be seen if this confrontation will be resolved in the tenth Fast and Furious movie or in the sequel to the spin-off Hobbs & Shaw.
