Farrah Abraham’s rehab program at Lukens was cut short due to behavior that was deemed disruptive to the center’s other patients.
During her program, Abraham allegedly got into a verbal spat with a nurse, bullied other patients and attempted to have paparazzi take photographs of her, including a picture of her with one of Lukens' other more famous current patients – Patricia Krencil, otherwise known as “Tan Mom.”
“This was a long time coming… Farrah pleaded with them to stay last week and pledged her commitment to the program,” a source told RadarOnline. “Lukens was reluctant but offered her a second chance. The staff didn’t throw her out then because they wanted her to get the treatment that she needs.”

Abraham had declined to stay on the ground of Lukens, where she’d have had access to a host of amenities, including chefs and an a la carte menu, opting to stay at a nearby hotel instead. “Still, she demanded the same luxuries that the center offers its patients be available to her at the hotel,” the source added, claiming the that the Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom star even went so far as to request a juicer delivered to her room.
Abraham checked herself into the Florida rehab facility to undergo counseling to get her alcohol consumption under control. "At this time in my life, I need to stay focused on the positive to get through all of the negative that a DUI has caused in my life," she said, referring to the March incident. "I'm 22, and I want to make better choices and ensure I can recognize when I am putting myself in a bad situation next time."
Despite the premature end to her rehab stay, Abraham will likely still graduate from the program.
