Fans Troll Bill Belichick, 72, For Couples Halloween Costume With Girlfriend Jordan Hudson, 24

On Thursday, Jordan Hudson posted pictures of her and her husband Bill Belichick’s Halloween costumes.

The Instagram post showed Hudson, 24, lying on the beach in an elaborate mermaid costume. With a coral-colored tail and a seashell bra adorned with pearls, Hudson’s costume far outshined her husband’s. Belichick, 72, was dressed as a fisher with a fly hat, rain jacket, boots and fishing rod.

Hudson captioned the post, “Ouucchhhh!!!” With a fishing hook emoji and the comment section was soon littered with puns such as “What a catch!”

A sports analyst and former New England Patriots’ coach, Belichick is regarded as one of the greatest head coaches of all time and holds multiple coaching records.

Hudson and Belichick’s relationship went public in June, although the two reportedly began dating in 2023, after Belichick and his former girlfriend of 16 years broke up in September of that year.

The age difference between Hudson and Belichick has drawn regular criticism, particularly as the couple met in 2021 when Hudson was still in college and Belichick was clearly far past his learning years.

Alongside the fishing puns in the comments, many internet users saw the pictures as an opportunity to troll Belichick for his interest in a woman nearly 40 years younger than him.

Comments included, “Father and daughter? 😂” and “Yooooo that’s someone’s grandpa 🤣💀.” One person wrote, ”This is what Hemingway was talking about in Old Man and the Sea,” while another joked, “I got to get in touch with Hill and learn some of his game notes.”
