Kim Kardashian is receiving backlash after sharing a video of her son, Saint West, walking onto a soccer field with Lionel Messi.
“Saint walking Messi out on the field tonight at the L.A. Galaxy vs. Inter Miami game!!!” Kardashian posted on X, formerly known as Twitter. “He is living the absolute dream!”
Following her post, fans criticized Kardashian for the privileged lifestyle she has given her children.
“Talk about privilege. Hope he can kick the ball,” wrote one follower.
“Would be awesome if some kid actually deserving of it got that opportunity. Not someone who was incredibly lucky to be born to billionaires,” another said.
Others came to Kardashian’s defense.
“People mad at this are pathetic,” one person wrote. “If you could do it for your kid you all would if that’s what they wanted. Kim can and she did.”
This was not the first time that Saint met Messi. In July 2023, Kardashian shared a photo of the eight-year-old with the soccer legend after his Inter Miami debut, calling it the “Best day of their entire lives.”
It was recently revealed that Kardashian has been dating NFL star Odell Beckham but has been keeping it private to avoid the wrath of her ex, Kanye West.
