Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani defended his support of former President Donald Trump, claiming it would “help me in heaven” while admitting that it would likely lead to him being disbarred in Washington, D.C., and New York.

The former New York mayor recorded an episode with Dr. Maria Ryan on his Uncovering the Truth podcast. In the segment, he again falsely claimed that Trump had won the 2020 election against President Joe Biden.

Giuliani told Ryan that “the bar association is going to crucify me no matter what” for revealing some “confidential stuff.”

“I will be disbarred in New York and Washington, and it will have nothing to do with anything I did wrong,” he said. “And I consider that something that will help me in heaven for sticking to my principles and not being a weakling like all these weaklings who are afraid to represent Trump.”

As a lawyer, Giuliani, who previously represented Trump, is currently suspended from practicing law in New York. The D.C. Board on Professional Responsibility recently ruled that Giuliani should lose his license to practice law.

A report by the D.C. Bar Committee stated that Giuliani tried to overturn Biden’s win, calling his work “frivolous and destructive.”

Giuliani filed more than 60 lawsuits – and lost all of them.

In the podcast, he said, “You know who won in 2020, I know who won in 2020, and I know that damn ballots get burned, and I know how high it goes.”

Giuliani claimed that the 88 indictments against Trump in four separate cases were a “massive due process violation” because he wouldn’t have time to prepare for all of them.

He suggested that the charges were politically motivated.

During his podcast, Giuliani called Biden various insults, including “dodo” and “dum dum.” He said the president was the “dumbest man I’ve ever met” referencing the moment when he took a pin from Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Georgia) during the State Of The Union.

Greene gave Biden a pin with the name Laken Riley, a nursing student murdered by an undocumented immigrant.

Giuliani called Biden’s staff “useless,” claiming they let him take the pin because they feared he might faint. He said, “They don’t read it for him, which they know they have to because he can’t read.”

He also mocked Biden for mispronouncing Riley’s name.

Giuliani went on to say that Biden should address the brutal assault of Missouri teenager Kaylee Gain. He accuses Biden of avoiding the issue out of fear of losing support.

“And this comes after hiding on Laken Riley, who was killed by one of his illegal Venezuelan immigrants. Who are only coming in because of his policies,” said Giuliani.

Giuliani is facing financial ruin due to his actions as Trump’s lawyer.

In December, the former mayor declared bankruptcy after a jury ordered him to pay $148 million in damages to two Georgia election workers whom he falsely accused of rigging the election. In his court filing, he said his net income is only $2,308 monthly.
