Emily Ratajkowski Sued For Copyright Infringement Over Candid Shot Posted To Instagram
Emily Ratajkowski, 28, recently shared a candid shot on her Instagram story, in which she is holding a bouquet of flowers over her face. The Gone Girl actress captioned the New York City-based photo: “Mood Forever.”
Ratajkowski and her company Emrata Holdings Inc. are now being sued by professional photographer for $150,000, plus any other profits the super model may have made from the photograph. O’Neil filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of New York, claiming that there has been copyright infringement and that Ratajkowski did not get permission or consent from him to share the photo.
