Elton John Announces ‘Final Concert Tour Dates Ever’ For 2022

Elton John announced his “final tour dates ever” in North America for his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour in 2022.

The tour is scheduled to kick off on January 19, 2022 in New Orleans and travel throughout North America, stopping in major cities including Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, New York, Indianapolis, Columbus, Louisville, Atlanta, Washington D.C. and Phoenix. The final stop on the tour is set for Los Angeles on November 19 & 20. Dates for the European leg of the tour have already been announced, and shows in Australia will be announced soon, according to the performer’s website.

“It’s time to come off the road so I can fully embrace the next important chapter of my life,” John said in a statement on his website.

“After the tour finishes, I’m very much looking forward to closing off that chapter of my life by saying farewell to life on the road,” he said. “I need to dedicate more time to raising my children.”
