Elon Musk Calls Transgender Daughter Vivian A ‘Communist’

Elon Musk’s relationship with his transgender daughter has been rocky, with a new outburst from the tech mogul suggesting that tensions are at an all-time high.

Vivian Jenna Wilson, 19, born Xavier, changed her gender to female last year. Court filings revealed that the teenager also sought to sever all ties with Musk, as she claimed she “no longer [wished] to be related” to her father “in any way.”

Musk’s views on trans rights have always been a bit confusing. Though the billionaire was generally supportive of his daughter’s transition, he has since called her a “communist” who thinks “anyone rich is evil,” according to his biographer.

He has also blamed her political views on the private school that Vivian attended, as well as on “neo-Marxist” colleges.

Vivian adopted her mother’s maiden name at the age of 18 and filed the gender petition just three days after her 18th birthday. She has generally stayed out of the spotlight and was not seen in public until several months after her petition was granted.

Musk’s ex, singer Grimes, said she recently confronted the billionaire about the trans issue and concluded that Musk “has a problem with woke people.”
