Ed Sheeran confirmed a collaboration with superstar Beyoncé on his already hit song “Perfect.”
The British singer took to Instagram on Thursday to announce that a remix of the song has been created with Beyoncé featured, a move almost guaranteed to shoot the remix to the top of the charts. “My duet with @beyonce is available everywhere now x,” the singer/songwriter wrote next to an audio clip of the song.

The pair have performed twice before – once with a rendition of “Drunk in Love” at the Global Citizen Festival in 2015, and another during a tribute to Stevie Wonder at “Songs in the Key of Life – An All-Star Salute.”
The original version of “Perfect” came out on Sheeran’s third studio album, Divide, which earned him two Grammy nods. The lead single, “Shape of You,” was the No. 1 consumed track of 2017 (through Nov. 17). “Perfect” is Beyoncé’s third collaboration recently, as she accompanied J Balvin and Willy William on “Mi Gente” and with Eminem on “Walk on Water.”
