During a press conference ahead of the 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill, Dustin Johnson seemed to have shared some personal details about his private life with his wife, Paulina Gretzky.

While speaking to the press, the LIV Golf star was asked about a recent back injury, which he informed was a pulled muscle in his lower back. The reporter asked the golf pro to further elaborate on the injury, asking if it was due to “swinging a club” or “lifting up a kid?”

Johnson smirked and denied it was as a result of swinging his club, before adding, “Yeah, lifting up a kid, a bigger kid.”

His response made the press burst into laughter as he stood grinning at the podium.

Johnson’s revelation came just a few hours after Gretzky, whom he shares two sons with, took to social media to post a video of the 38-year-old coaching her on how to play golf on her Instagram Story.

The video, which showed the couple playing golf on a simulator, was captioned, “Late night lessons from hubby @dustinjohnsongolf.”

Johnson seemed to be very laid back ahead of the PGA Championships as he corrected his wife’s left foot while playing golf with her in New York.

The long-time couple recently celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary.
