Duncan Jones, David Bowie’s Son, Signs Off Social Media ‘For Awhile’

After an 18 month battle with cancer, rock legend David Bowie died yesterday. He left behind his family which included his son, Duncan Jones.

Jones took to social media late last night to post a picture of him and his late father. The caption read “Very sorry and sad to say it’s true. I’ll be offline for a while. Love to all.”


Jones is the director of the upcoming film adaptation of Warcraft. He previously directed the award-winning 2009 science fiction Moon, starring Sam Rockwell, and Source Code, starring Jake Gyllenhaal.
