Drake Tips Two Female McDonald’s Employees $20,000 [VIDEO]

Looks like “God’s Plan” rapper Drake took a cue from his new song “Going Bad” with Meek Mill when he gave two female employees $10,000 each while on a late night food run at a McDonalds in Los Angeles this week.

Customers say Drake entered the fast food establishment surrounded by bodyguards and could be seen talking to the women working behind the counter. He ordered food and gifted the the two employees helping him, $10,000 each. One of Drake’s team members managed to capture the moment for the rapper/singer to post on social media later.

 

Some have questioned whether the act was charitable, or a publicity stunt. Regardless, customers and employees of the Los Angeles McDonalds were elated and many took to social media to express their excitement.

 

This isn’t the first time Drake has expressed his love for the Golden Arches either. Back in October, Drake treated partygoers to McDonald’s after his Inglewood concert during the after party at Poppy nightclub in West Hollywood. Guests were seen munching on nuggets and fries throughout the entire evening as they socialized with fellow celebrity pals. Attendees included the likes of Pia Mia, popular vlogger Jeff Whittek, Jamie Foxx’s daughter Corrine and Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son, Justin.

In the 2018 music video for “God’s Plan,” Drake is seen given out thousands of dollars to the residents of Miami for things like groceries and university tuition.

January of 2018 Drake and the Toronto Raptors partnered and pledged to donate $1 million to clean up and revamp public courts in the city of Toronto. And in a 2017, Instagram video following the destruction of Hurricane Harvey, he donated $200,000 to JJ Watts’ relief fund, to encourage survivors and victims to stay strong.
