Drake plans to build a new mansion in his hometown of Toronto, according to reports on Thursday.

Drake reportedly wants a basketball court in the basement, a hot tub on the roof, and separate fridges for wine and champagne.

The rapper allegedly spent $6.7m on a property in Toronto’s Bridle Path area and he plans to tear it down to build his mansion.

Drake’s mansion blueprints include a jersey museum, a spa and tub retreat and a room for artifacts.

Blueprints also illustrate two swimming pools, bedrooms and a lounge.

Drake will also insert a piano room, two dressing rooms, a music and screening lounge, a gym, a family room and two saunas, along with outdoor terraces.

The rapper already owns a $8 million mansion in California, but is applying to the Toronto City Council for exemptions to zoning bylaws to prepare for his new home.
