Rapper Wiz Khalifa has over five million Twitter followers, so it may come as no surprise that on Tuesday when he tweeted a link to download his latest mixtape, “Taylor Alderdice,” the host site DatPiff became so overwhelmed with traffic that it crashed, according to CBS News.
Khalifa posted the new track, named after his Pittsburgh high school, for free around 9 p.m. Tuesday. Shortly afterward, the rapper bragged about the download inundation. “Yea Taylors, We Crashed That S***!!!” he tweeted.
The song features collaborations with Rick Ross, Taylor Gang members Chevy Woods and Juicy J, and model Amber Rose, to whom Khalifa became engaged earlier this month.
