Donald Trump Jr.’s New Girlfriend, Bettina Anderson, Suspected Of Not Being ‘MAGA Enough’

Amid Donald Trump’s eldest son’s new relationship, family members and friends of Donald Trump Jr. are pushing him to break things off with his new girlfriend, Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson.

Anderson and Trump Jr. debuted their new relationship slightly before Trump Jr.’s separation from his fiancé, Kimberly Guilfoyle, earlier this month. Guilfoyle was awarded the ambassadorship to Greece, seemingly as a consolation.

Since Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle officially separated, Trump Jr. and Anderson have been in a fast-paced romance, flaunting their relationship for his family and the public. Anderson is making a concerted effort to network with members of the powerful family, and rumor is that she is interested in taking a high-office position once Trump is in office.

Although many have pointed out Anderson’s thinly veiled efforts to climb the social ladder, Trump Jr. does not seem bothered by the comments. However, recently, old posts of Anderson have resurfaced, revealing that her political views have not always been as hard-right as those of the MAGA family.

An old post from Anderson showed a picture of her wearing a face mask during the Covid-19 pandemic, accompanied by the message, “Only you can stop the spread of ignorance.” Another post saw her promote Black Lives Matter sentiments and anti-traditional family values.

Anderson’s use of a mask also suggests a more liberal political perspective, as the majority of Trump’s supporters were vehemently against mask and vaccine mandates during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Anderson was initially viewed as an attempt by Trump Jr. to replicate his mother, Ivana Trump’s relationship with his father. Still, the old posts have led to concerns from Trump’s team that Anderson doesn’t possess a deep-seated dedication to MAGA and the family’s policies.
