Donald Trump & Family Sing Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now” On ‘SNL’ Finale [VIDEO]

In the final episode of season 44 of Saturday Night Live,  Donald Trump (Alec Baldwin) sang a parody Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now,” along with fellow SNL cast mates. As the cold open sketch of the episode, Melania Trump (Cecily Strong), Vice President Mike Pence (Beck Bennett) and many more of Trump’s family, friends and colleagues join in with Trump on the musical number.

Trump opened the sketch by discussing all the exciting things he will be doing this summer, such as golf and visiting his friends in prison. After announcing that the economy is on fire, Trump stated: “I’m on cruise control to a second term, and there’s nothing that Democrats and Congress can do about it.”

Trump then began to sing the parody of Queen’s song, “Don’t Stop Me Now,” which then led to the introduction of Melania and Pence into the song as well.  “A billionaire unless you take a look at his take returns, he’s gonna hide, hide, hide, oh there’s not showing you,” Melanie sang.

Continuing on with that song, Pence sang, “I want to make a super-straight man out of you… I want to make a Chick-fil-A man out of you.” With the addition of Clarence Thomas (Kenan Thompson), the song continued onto new topics. “And the Supreme Court is ready for a fight on abortion, we got the votes now, women are screwed,” sang Thomas.

Sarah Sanders (Aidy Bryant) chimed in, “He’s throwing out lies, one tweet at a time. Melania sang, “He lives in a big glass house, he’s cheating on every spouse.”

Aside from the small appearance of Trump’s two sons Eric Trump (Alex Moffat) and Don Jr. (Mikey Day), the sketch also featured Robert Mueller (Robert DeNiro). “I have something very important to say to the American people, something they need to hear,” Mueller said. Instantly, Trump stepped back in and said, “No collusion, no obstruction,” and all of the characters jumped right back into the tune of ‘Don’t Stop Me Now.’

Baldwin then closed the song, “Guys, it’s been fun, I don’t know what’s next for me, but I wouldn’t be Donald Trump if I didn’t say, tune in next season to see who lives and who dies.”
