Dixie Chicks Kicking Off U.S. Leg Of ‘DCS MMXVI’ Tour In June

Dixie Chicks, the pop country trio of Natalie Maines, Martie Erwin MacGuire and Emily Erwin Robinson, announced their U.S. tour dates Monday.

The Dixie Chicks will kick off the U.S. leg of their DCX MMXVI world tour June 1 in Cincinnati. They’ll then visit Chicago, New York, Boston, Portland, Las Vegas, Atlanta and a host of other cities on their 40-stop tour before wrapping up at the Hollywood Bowl in Las Angeles Oct. 10.

The last album the Dixie Chicks released as a group was 2006’s Taking the Long Way. The album won the Album of the Year Grammy, and the album’s top track “Not Ready to Make Nice” took home both the Song of the Year and Record of the Year Grammy.

Tickets for the DCX MMXVI world tour go on sale beginning Friday, November 20th, but fans have already been taking advantage of the presale.
