Chiwetel Ejiofor and Benedict Cumberbatch film 'Dr. Strange'
Disney Infinity figures did not make it past the concept art stage before the line was canceled — and a new YouTube video posted by Infiniteer Adventures revealed how these figures would have turned out.
In May, it was announced that Disney Games — including the Disney Infinity line — had been shut down. Figures of popular Disney characters didn’t have a chance to hit the shelves.
Concept art for Peter Pan, Jafar and a new Hulk are all featured in the video, giving fans a chance to see the details that went into developing these toys and how the figures may have looked on the shelves.
The Doctor Strange figure was also showcased in the video — the concept art was modeled after the film version of the character, as played by Benedict Cumberbatch (pictured). The video explains that the Doctor Strange figure was still a work in progress, and could have looked slightly different by the time it made it to stores, likely in time for the November theatrical release of the film.
