Just because Gwyneth Paltrow says it in Spanish, doesn't mean it's not slander. Lindsay Lohan is planning to sue Glee for the recent episode poking fun at her time in rehab.

In the show, Paltrow, who plays a substitute teacher, leads her Spanish class through an exercise that begins, "Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?" and continues, "How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab? Please get into groups and discuss how many times Lindsay Lohan has been to rehab."

Though Glee regularly snarks on current events, the Lohan clan is not taking this one sitting down. "Our lawyers are sending a letter to Glee on the grounds that the show allegedly defamed the actress who, by all accounts, is working hard on her recovery," Dina Lohan said in a statement to Gossip Cop. "We are sadly disappointed in the writers’ choice to have such a huge talent like Gwyneth Paltrow relay such hurtful words against a contemporary."

Lohan's representative also called out the show. “Lindsay has an issue that millions of people around the world are dealing with yet Glee is treating addiction as a laughing matter.” The Lohans settled a lawsuit earlier this year with E*Trade, who allegedly traded on Lohan's drug-troubled reputation in a commercial featuring a baby "milkaholic" also named Lindsay. –AMY LEE
