Miley Cyrus flooded her Instagram page with multiple posts Thursday – including one that showed a nipple getting pierced.
The video in question, however, did not show the singer getting the piercing. Rather, it showed her and an accomplice giving a nipple piercing to prosthetic breasts using a drill. “Pierce dat b—h,” Cyrus captioned the video.
While it remains unknown whether or not Cyrus has gotten the piercing herself, she’s previously been open about her feelings regarding nipple censorship.
“The humans aren’t afraid of the human breast, it’s the nipple that’s the issue,” she told Jimmy Kimmel on his show last year. “I’m showing my boobs and no one has a problem, but the nipples are covered so somehow that’s ok. It’s insane because the nipple that you can’t show is what everyone has. But the jug part that everyone doesn’t, you’re allowed to show underboob. I’ve never understood the way it works.”
Cyrus has also caused news this week with the rock she’s been wearing on her ring finger – the same rock she wore when she was engaged to Liam Hemsworth a couple of years ago. Multiple reports are claiming that the “We Can’t Stop” singer and The Hunger Games actor are not only back together, but back to being engaged.
“Miley is beyond happy to be engaged to Liam again,” a source told People magazine. “It might seem sudden, but they have been very close for the past few months.”
