Denise Richards Sues Charlie Sheen After He Allegedly Threatens To Kill Her And Daughter In Text Messages

Denise Richards has sued her ex husband, Charlie Sheen, after he allegedly sent threatening text messages to her and to their children.

Denise Richards Sues Charlie Sheen

Richards filed a lawsuit for $1.2 million against Sheen, claiming he evicted her and their children – Lola, now 10, and Sami, now 11 – from their home, which forced her to find her own accommodation. She also alleges he sent their daughter, who was eight or nine at the time, messages calling Richards a “loser f—sh-t mom” and telling her he’d given her Christmas presents to the homeless.

Richard’s suit also alleges that she overheard him calling their daughter Lola a ‘f—ing pig w—e’ before saying, “I’m going to kill you and I’m going to kill your mom.”

The suit contains screenshots of text messages reportedly sent between Sheen and his young daughters, where he allegedly wrote: “Have a merry Xmas with your loser f—s–t mom… your dad is a rock star genius … your mom is a p— wart. Have fun on your trip…that yu need 24 hrs to pack for.”

Sheen’s representatives claimed that he believed it was Richards on the other end of the texts and not his children. The $1.2 million that Richards is seeking is to cover the expenses after Sheen “cut off” the children and evicted them, which forced Richards to rent a property for $15,000 per month.

Sheen’s lawyer told TMZ that “In addition to what Charlie has been paying Denise, he also pays for school, all expenses and it’s still not enough for her. He intends to fight this and believes he will prevail.”

Denise’s representative told TMZ that “Denise is fighting for her children. This has nothing to do with her, the money is for her kids. This is about him providing for the children as he agreed to do.”
