Tori Spelling’s allegedly philandering husband, Dean McDermott, recently returned from a 30-day stay in rehab.

Dean McDermott Out Of Rehab

McDermott checked himself into rehab in January following a cheating scandal with 28-year-old Canadian, Emily Goodhand, that rocked his seven-year marriage to Spelling.

"I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I've caused my family," McDermott said in a statement. "I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues. I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves."

On Monday, McDermott was caught on camera exiting the home he shares with Spelling, carrying a pair of car seats and a few blankets. Dressed in jeans, a black zip up jacket and Uggs, the father of four was followed by 5-year-old daughter Stella.

McDermott & Tori Spelling's Rocky Marriage

In addition to Stella, McDermott and Spelling are parents to Liam, 6, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 17 months. It’s because of their family that Spelling is hesitant to end the marriage over the rumors of infidelity. The actress wants to avoid "ripping her family apart," an insider told Us Weekly, adding she’s "trying to decide what's best.”

Another reason why Spelling might be hesitant to divorce McDermott is the personal cost she’ll incur from the proceedings. Since she’s the one making the money, she’d stand to pay him spousal support.

"The couple has no prenuptial agreement and Tori is the sole breadwinner,” a source told RadarOnline. “Dean wouldn't settle for anything less than joint custody and Tori would be forced to pay him spousal and child support. It's a really sad situation for Tori and the kids."
