Daytime Emmys 2017: ‘General Hospital,’ Steve Harvey Win Big [FULL WINNERS LIST]

The 44th Annual Daytime Emmys aired Sunday night, with General HospitalThe Talk and Steve Harvey the big winners.

DAYTIME EMMY AWARD RESULTS

The Daytime Emmys feature categories for children’s programming, soap operas, game shows and talk shows. General Hospital took home four awards. The Talk won just one of its four noms, but it was for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host, which they’ve won for the second year in a row.

“We still feel like underdogs,” said host Aisha Tyler. “We still feel like the new show. So it really matters to us that guests have a home at our show. It’s wonderful.”

Harvey beat out veterans Alex Trebek and  Pat Sajak to win for Outstanding Game Show Host. And Ellen DeGeneres beat Harvey for Outstanding Talk Show / Entertainment.
