Britney Spears was accompanied by her lawyer boyfriend David Lucado at her son Sean Preston’s soccer game over the weekend in Calabasas, Calif.
Spears and Lucado weren’t afraid of showing some PDA at the youth sporting event, with the “Work B—ch” singer leaning on Lucado’s shoulder throughout parts of the match. Spears, who was dressed casually in workout pants and a tank top, put her sunglasses on and hid behind Lucado once the pair noticed the paparazzi.
Lucado, dressed in jeans, a button down and a baseball cap at Sean’s game, has been spotted more and more frequently at Spears’ side. Pre-approved by Spear’s father and former manager Jamie Spears, Lucado spends a considerable amount of time with the pop star’s sons and parents.
“Her family first made sure that David was a good influence before they let Britney get closer to him,” a source told People earlier in the year. "The boys think of David as a fun play pal. It was a big step, she's very excited."
Spears began dating Lucado shortly after publicly announcing her split from fiancé and former agent Jason Trawick in January. The new couple was first linked after spending Valentine’s Day together, and then following up that date with a trip to Las Vegas in March, where they took in the Cirque du Soleil One Drop show.
