David Daniels and Timothy Smith were arrested on charges of second-degree indecent exposure, first-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief after Smith streaked naked while pouring milk on himself through a Walmart in South Williamson, Ky.
The video of the incident shows Smith, 24, in only a Halloween mask and sneakers, grabbing two gallons of milk from the fridge and pouring it all over his body, before running through the store screaming, “I’m on fire!” The YouTube video, which was allegedly filmed by Daniels, was removed from the site because it showed nudity.
Daniels and Smith were arrested Saturday afternoon, but authorities are still looking for a third suspect, their getaway driver. At the end of the video, Smith is seen hopping into the getaway car. Pike County Sheriff Rodney Scott told CNN the act committed by Daniels and Smith was illegal, and that even though the video caused some laughs, “the crime of indecent exposure has to be taken seriously.”
“If we don’t, then it could be happening all the time. So that’s why it’s important to go ahead and make these arrests,” Sheriff Scott said.
