David Beckham, 35, is doing everything he can to counter claims that he committed adultery against wife Victoria Beckham, 36, with $10,000-per-night prostitute, Irma Nici.
The soccer stud has moved forward with his defamation lawsuit against Nici and In Touch Weekly, the magazine that initially published her story. The lawsuit seeks $25 million in damages due to Beckham experiencing "severe emotional distress, including extended humiliation, embarrassment, anger and worry," according to MTV UK. Last week, Beckham's attorneys submitted a claim to a Los Angeles court that trace his steps during the incidents of the alleged affair, proving that at no point could the British sportsman have engaged in illicit behavior with Nici.
The Beckhams have been married for 11 years and have three boys – Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 5. The couple is expecting their fourth child in July. —KIMBERLY STEELE
