Darren Criss and his longtime girlfriend Mia Swier attended the premiere of FX’s Feud: Bette and Joan.
Criss and Swier have been dating for years, thought Criss kept quiet about the relationship for a long time, even during his time on Glee, leaving fans wondering whether he was gay or straight. “Oh, we’ve been together for a long time,” Criss finally revealed on a radio show in 2013. “I didn’t know I was going to be on TV when we started.” Considering his first TV gig was in 2009, it’s safe to say the couple has been together for years.
Now the TV star is acting in new FX show Feud: Bette and Joan about the rivalry between co-stars Bette Davis and Joan Crawford on their 1962 movie What Ever Happened to Baby Jane. Developed by Ryan Murphy, Feud is actually an anthology series, similar to American Horror Story, in that each season will be about a different subject. Season two is already slated to be subtitled Charles and Diana about the estranged royal couple.
Others at the premiere were stars Susan Sarandon and Murphy favorite Jessica Lange. The show premiere March 5 on FX. Watch the trailer below.
